TO USE: For opaque coverage - moisten the surface of the ProPaint and with a DRY sponge or brush, work the water into the surface of the cake to create a rich, spreadable make-up. Apply to the skin, blending colours while the make-up is still wet. Allow to dry but do not powder. For extra protection you can follow-up with Graftobian Make-Up Setting Spray.
For a thin, watercolour-like effect - moisten the sponge or brush and use a large amount of water when applying.
